Due to the commercial-grade sealer, Xylexin, which is used on all tile orders, Tile Design Outlet provides one of the easiest, low-maintenance solutions for your tile needs. You can use soap, ammonia, muratic acid, scrubbing pads, tile cleaners, or even paint thinner to clean your artwork sealed with Xylexin.

Durability

This remarkable, patent-pending method provides high UV-blocking compounds, abrasion resistance, and flexibility (the ability to expand and contract under temperature and humidity changes). The imaged stone can be washed with any household cleanser, including bleach and ammonia, along with being resistant to most acids. Only tiles purchased from Tile Design Outlet should be cleaned in this way. It is recommended that only approved stone cleaners be used for tiles surrounding the images stone tile purchased through Tile Design Outlet.

Installation

Tile Design Outlet's imaged stone does not need to be sealed or impregnated subsequent to installation. However, to seal the grout, or if further sealing is desired and Xylexin is not used, it is recommended to use water-born or water-based sealers.
